Great Performers

am pleased to send to you this month's issue of Champions, Great
Performers. I came across an interesting article on the basics
of leadership. Five points were made that I would like to share
with you. I believe that they also apply to how each of us can
achieve great performances and excellence in all that we do.
I believe that by our actions we can inspire others to do
the best they are capable of. I hope that you enjoy reading Great

Performers
- Great
performers have a guiding vision. They know exactly what they
want to do, and devise a clear strategy to help them do it.
- Great
performers bring absolute integrity to everything they do.
Honesty is the best policy for building trust between you and
others on your team, be they co- workers, customers, family,
or friends.
- Great
performers are passionate about what they do. To inspire and
motivate, start by being inspired and motivated.
- Great
performers have a sense of curiosity about ideas and the world
around them. They crave knowledge, which is critical to making
sound decisions.
- Great
performers are bold. Progress usually involves risk, and great
performers must be willing to experiment and take chances without
worrying about failure.
Good
thoughts to live by. I hope you enjoyed them and can benefit
by them. Try selecting one point to work on each week. Focus
on that point everyday for an entire week before moving on to
the next one. Please feel free to share with us any success,
revelations, or other insights you experienced by focusing on
these key points.
